Description
When you signed your Revocable Living Trust and accompanying documents, we went through the overall plan and the next steps you should take. In order to ensure that your estate plan works for you, we ask all of our clients to attend a Client Refresher seminar designed exclusively for you.
This refresher course will review how your estate plan works, the role of the different parties at different times, what you need to be doing to ensure your Living Trust works in the event of your disability or death, and how to identify the need for updates in the future. We will also briefly cover the topic of long-term care and options for ensuring that you retain a legacy to pass on to your loved ones.
Seating is limited, so registration is recommended.
